The staff were pretty attentive , I suppose , and the breakfast was served each morning without too much fuss.
I wish I could say the same for the spa. I booked a massage , expecting some semblance of relaxation , but it was more like being poked and prodded by someone who seemed to have learned about anatomy from a cereal box. Ten minutes into the session , I was left alone in the room with the door ajar.

The staff provided great, personalized service. They arranged for a staff member to escort us at night, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good (I especially liked the fresh coffee). The Atlas Double Room was clean and well-kept.

the staff was helpful. i found the breakfast acceptable, it included fresh fruit.
The room was not ready at the stated check-in time of 2 pm. i had to wait longer and ask again. the lack of flexibility about check-out time disappointed me too. I didn't get the same level of accommodation i found elsewhere. the area was also a walk through a dark alley.
